Warranty and Return
1. Warranty
These warranties include repair and/or maintenance for a specific period of time, mainly by third parties and NOT directly by the seller. The seller contracts with a Third Party to service its products/offers and the cost of this service is included in the price of the product. Buyers are informed of the warranty period and type of warranty at auction.
Our products are covered by a factory warranty that covers manufacturing and material defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, negligence, accident or riding on water. The duration of the warranty can be found in the respective product. All batteries in boards and boosters are covered by a 6-month warranty.
Drive belts, gears / pinions and hub motor rubbers are considered consumables and are therefore not covered by the warranty.
2. Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return the product from the date of its receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your product must be in its original packaging.
Your product must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Refund
When we receive your product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. After checking the product, we will notify you immediately about the status of the return.
If your return is approved, we’ll refund your money within 14 days.
4. Shipment
You are responsible for paying your own shipping charges when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund.
Returns of deliveries outside the EU are unfortunately not eligible, unless otherwise agreed. In the event that a non-EU return is still being made, the sender is responsible for the entire cost of the return, including customs handling.

NB: If there are multiple components involved in the warranty (e.g. Hardware & Software) then the seller takes complete responsibility to repair the item, replace it or refund your money, even if one of the components is not working.
